For the last 9 months I have been on a fitness journey with the help of my awesome trainer.
After 4 years of back-to-back injuries (4 broken feet, a foot surgery and most recently a broken pinky toe) my body increased and expanded in ways I never expected. Honestly, I don’t think I realized how out of shape I was until I started working towards getting in shape.
With the help of a supportive and trainer and a lot of determination, I have been able to drop 30 lbs and tone up. Stay tuned to learn more about how I found fitness.
