We believe in celebrating with movement, whether you’re planning the ultimate bachelorette bash, a spirited girls’ night out, or a “try something new” party with your closest friends. Our sessions are fully customizable to your squad’s unique energy—from sporty and sensual to confidently sassy or just laid-back and chill. FAQs

Do I need previous experience?

No prior experience needed. All parties are beginner friendly. We welcome everyBODY. All shapes, sizes, ages, genders and backgrounds. We’ll tailor your party to your squads fitness level, age and vibe.
What are the age requirements?
My friend just wants to watch and take pictures. Do they still have to pay?

Yes. All guests in the building must be paid (are counted in your party reservation) for AND sign a waiver. We do not allow spectators. Don’t worry though! We have plenty of time for photos and videos, and we can help your momma or grammy get down too. And yes, we can totally accommodate your pregnant friend.
What To Wear:
Feel free to dress as up or down as you’d like. The studio is completely private, so guests can dress as wild, themed and edgy as they like! Unleash the fun with costumes, matching crew outfits, lingerie, fishnets, or stilettos. Your party is your runway! If you want to keep it simple, yoga pants and a tank top are fine. Come in what feels most comfortable and that allows you to move and dance freely. Depending on your party type here are a few suggestions and need-to-knows:

Pole:

Shorts/booty shorts, and a sleeveless top. Basically anything that keeps your arms and legs bare as you’ll need the skin to grip the pole.

Absolutely NO lotion or oils on the day of your party – this will make you slip off of the pole.

Remove all rings, bracelets prior to the start of your party and put them in a safe place (leave at home or car)

Chair, Lap dance, Floorwork, Stretch/Sexy Stretch

Comfy tank and leggings that you can move and slink around in.

Socks or knee highs so that you can glide and pivot more easily.

No street shoes allowed in the studio. Dance heels are allowed. Barefoot is totally okay as well.
What to expect:

We’ll start with a fun energizing warmup, then learn some pole spins, chair tricks, floor moves or poses (depending on party type), and we’ll incorporate those new skills into some killer choreo that matches the vibe and theme of your party.

Warm welcome. Fun warmup. From there you’ll learn a few “basic” moves as well as the proper techniques. Together we’ll incorporate the learned moves with some of your grips personality to create a fun routine.
What to bring
You are welcome to bring outside food and beverages. Turn up with your favorite drinks, snacks, and a lot of energy! (No alcohol consumption allowed before or during the party)

Any decorations or props you want—we’ll help you set up!
Studio and Party Etiquite
Timeliness is a must. Tardiness cuts into your booked time. Please plan to arrive on time and exit the studio promptly at the end of your booked time.

Please have your group arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your scheduled party to get checked in and complete waivers.

Regardless of arrival time, we will still finish your party on time.

Staying later than your booked time will result in an additional fee and will be at the discretion of your Instructor.

In order to maintain the safety of our clients and staff, we do not allow anyone on the poles who is intoxicated. Any intoxicated guests will not be permitted to participate and will be invited to sit and watch.

All present at the party must be a paid participant AND sign our waiver – even if they opt not to participate.

No alcohol consumption allowed before or during the party.

You are welcome to take photos and videos of yourself and your guests. Your instructor will help you pose for group pictures at the end of your party.

You must ask permission before taking photos and videos of your instructor.

We will refuse service to individuals or parties that choose not to follow the direction of the Instructor.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we do not offer refunds under these circumstances.

Gratuity for your instructor is NOT included and is greatly appreciated.
The not-so-sexy stuff you should still know about

PAYMENTS AND FEES

A $125 non-refundable deposit is due at booking to reserve your day/time and will be applied towards your balance.

Remaining balance is due at the start of your party.

Balances must be paid on a single card. We are not able to split payments. You are responsible for collecting payments from your participants.

We will contact you 48 hours before your party to confirm details and send a link for the balance.

Once the balance has been satisfied, refunds will NOT be given for participants who do not show up.

A damage fee of $150 at minimum will be assessed for damages to the studio. This includes cleaning beyond basic expectations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

We know life happens. Private parties may be made up within 45 days if cancelled in writing via email 7 days in advance of your scheduled start time.

Failure to cancel your party 7 days in advance will result in forfeiture of party makeup and deposit. No refunds. No rescheduling. No exceptions.
