Stay Fit While Staying At Home

I’m inviting you to join my quaranteam so that we can stay fit while staying at home! This is a trying time for all of us, and I want you to know that I’m here to give you social support and love in the form of daily workouts. Together, we’ll give your mind a rest and your body a good sweat every day! 

Your mental and physical health are even more important during this time. All of the added stress, depressing and scary news reports also have a major impact on our health. However, with all that’s going on with COVID-19, it’s even more important to stay active to boost your immune system and try to remain healthy. I want to help you remain as active as possible, so I am sharing with you a few workouts that you can do from home anytime.

This is a FREE online training quaranteam! 

How it works: Each day I’ll be posting a new workout with options for beginners and more advanced quaranteamers. I’ll be updating it weekly until this quarantine period is over. And yes, it’s 100% free, although tips are appreciated!
