Fan Kick with Invert Variation
This week’s trick of the week is the Fan Kick. I know you all have this down so use it as a refresher and try to incorporate it into your FSF video this week. This is a great transition that will also allow you to get in that quick breather. Pair it with a Pirouette and you can also use it to help you change direction during your routine. 😉
Make it your own by playing with the leg positioning and bend the outside leg into a Passe. Or put on some heels and let your legs meet mid kick for a loud sexy clack!
If you’re ready to take it to the next level then you can use it as a transition into an invert by hooking that outside leg as it comes around in the air. Instead of connecting with the pole you can also tilt back into a chopper. Try it out and post your variations!

Things to keep in mind when doing this trick:
1. Hips should be in front of the pole as you are “fanning” around.
2. Keep you legs STRAIGHT and your toes POINTED. This is a great way to show off your sexy legs. 😉
3. Your hands should be on the pole in a strong hold position (that means thumbs up).
