FlexyFit Class, Workshop and Intensive Policies

In effort to make FlexyFit classes, workshops and intensives enjoyable and productive for all, the following policies and procedures apply as of May 1, 2018:

No show. Please note: class, workshops and intensive fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, please schedule accordingly. Failure to attend scheduled session will result in forfeiture of reservation fees. Forfieted fees will be considered a donation and put towards the purchase of new equipment 🙂

Late arrivals. Please be on time. Once my warmup has started students will not be permitted to enter class and class credit will be forfeited. Please schedule travel/arrival accordingly.

Cell phones. Cell phone usage during class is prohibited. I ask that you step outside to return a call/text.

Cancellation Policy. For cancellations (emergency situations only), please contact flexyandfit@outlook.com 24 hours in advance to avoid class forfeiture. Class can be reschedule up to ONE time. Multiple pre-paid class reschedules will not be permitted.

*Exceptions. A minimum of 5 students required for the intensive/workshop to make. If intensive/workshop does not make, a refund will be issued for that specific intensive/workshop or a credit provided towards the rescheduled intensive/workshop date – per your request.
